KIA was undergoing a massive global shift in its visual identity. My role was situated at the critical junction between the new brand vision and its digital execution. I had to ensure that the rebranding was not just a cosmetic update, but a high-performance digital ecosystem spanning multiple regions and web channels throughout Europe.
Problem Statement
Existing digital touchpoints were fragmented and failed to reflect the "premium" essence of the new brand. We needed to implement a unified, responsive design system capable of handling the complexities of automotive retail while maintaining absolute brand integrity under a "Single Source of Truth."
